Katja Iversen (born in 1969 in Sørvad, Denmark)
is the CEO of the Museum for the United Nations – UN Live, board member, author, and activist; Former gender equality advisor to Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and France’s President Emmanuel Macron; Advisor to the Clinton Global Initiative; CEO of Women Deliver from 2014 to 2020. In 2018, Katja was named ‘Danish of the Year’ by Berlingske Tidende. In 2019, she was listed on Apolitical’s list of the twenty most influential people in gender equality.
In 2022, Katja Iversen received the Women of the Decade award from the Women Economic Forum and an honorary doctorate for her cross-cultural work. Furthermore, Katja is the author of the book Woman, Know Your Network.
